Kat Lam leading a movement session for an office team in Dubai
KLF at Work · Corporate · Dubai

Get your team
moving.

Thirty minutes. At your office. No gym, no kit, no change of clothes. A structured movement session that undoes what a desk does to a body, and sends people back to work looser, sharper and more awake than they left.

The problem

A desk is quietly expensive.

It rarely becomes a sick day. It becomes a slower, stiffer, more irritable afternoon, every week, for years. And in Dubai the conditions make it worse than most places.

of office workers report musculoskeletal symptoms. 63% say work contributed.

An honest word on the evidence. Some wellness providers will promise you dramatic productivity gains. The research does not support that, and we will not claim it. What the research does support is this: office workers who interrupt sitting each hour show measurably lower risk of musculoskeletal disorders, and a systematic review found short active breaks deliver real physical and mental benefits without any negative effect on productivity. That is the honest case. It is also a strong one.
The session

The 30 Minute Reset.

Four phases. Thirty minutes. Nobody sweats, nobody changes, nobody is singled out. It is built for people at a desk, not people at a gym.

What actually happens

On site · Any office · No equipment

1. Release

Undo the desk. Neck, shoulders, chest and hip flexors, the four things sitting quietly shortens all day.

2. Mobilise

Take the spine, hips and shoulders through the range of motion a chair takes away from them.

3. Activate

Wake the posture chain. Glutes, core, upper back. Light load, bodyweight only, no sweat.

4. Reset

Breathing and downregulation. People return to their desks calm and alert, not wired or worn out.

It is deliberately not a workout. Nobody needs a shower, a change of clothes, or a level of fitness to take part. That is the entire point. A session people can join in office clothes at 11am is a session people actually join, which is more than can be said for most gym subsidies.

What this is

  • 30 minutes, on site, at a time that suits the team
  • Open to every fitness level, including none at all
  • Led by a REPs UAE registered, First Aid certified trainer
  • Every movement scales, so nobody is embarrassed or left behind
  • Designed around desk related stiffness, tension and fatigue

What this is not

  • Not a bootcamp, not HIIT, not a fitness test
  • Not something people prepare for or recover from
  • Not a wellness day that is forgotten by Friday
  • Not an app, a talk, or another unused benefit
  • Not dependent on a gym, a studio, or any equipment
How it works

Four steps. No procurement headache.

The whole thing is designed to be easy to say yes to, and easy to stop if it does not work.

STEP 01

A free session

Kat runs one session with your team, at your office, at no cost and with no obligation. You see it before you buy it.

STEP 02

Pick a slot

If it works, we agree a standing weekly slot in the calendar. Frequency is what produces the benefit, so a recurring slot beats a one off every time.

STEP 03

Kat comes to you

No booking a venue, no travel, no lost time. A meeting room or an open area of floor is all that is required.

STEP 04

Stop whenever

No lock in, no long contract. If participation drops or the team stops feeling the benefit, we stop.

The questions you are about to ask

Straight answers.

Do people need to change clothes?

No. That is the single most important design decision in the whole session. People take part in what they are already wearing, and nobody needs a shower afterwards.

How much space do we need?

A meeting room, a boardroom, or a clear area of open plan floor. Roughly enough for each person to extend their arms without touching anyone. No mats, no kit, no setup.

What about very different fitness levels?

Every movement has an easier and a harder version, and Kat gives both. The least fit person in the room is never exposed, which is exactly why they turn up again.

What are Kat's credentials?

REPs UAE Registered, Category A Personal Trainer, ID 17925. Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. Highfield Level 3 Emergency First Aid, AED and CPR certified.

How often should we run it?

Weekly is where the evidence sits. The benefit comes from regularly interrupting sitting, not from a single heroic session. A one off is an event. A standing slot is a change.

What does it cost?

The first session is free. After that it depends on team size and frequency, and we will give you a straight number rather than a proposal document. Ask and we will tell you.

The first session is free.

Let Kat run one session with your team, at your office, at no cost. Decide afterwards. If the room does not come back to their desks feeling better, there is nothing to discuss and we will not chase you.
